We’re sorry things didn’t work out!
Luckily, it is possible for you to return the item you purchased and in some instances,exchange it for something more suitable.
Please note our terms and conditions:

Returns & Exchanges on Always Leid Ready to Ship Merchandise:

  1. Clients are asked to thoroughly consult our sizing chart before placing an order.
  2. Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of successful delivery date in order to be exchanged, if there isn’t a suitable item available, a store credit will be issued. Clients are responsible for shipping for returns.
  3. Store credit may not be purchased or transferred and is only provided when previously purchased items have been returned.
  4. If your purchase exceeds the value of the Store Credit, an additional method of payment is required for the remaining balance due.
  5. Refunds are not given at any time, with the exception of extenuating circumstances deemed appropriate by management.
  6. Merchandise must not be worn,soiled, altered or washed.
  7. Merchandise must have all tags, including Always Leid hang tags, attached.
  8. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees.
  9. If the merchandise does not meet our outlined terms and conditions, it will be sent back to the customer.
  10. For the sake of hygienic purposes, we do NOT accept refunds on jewelry.

2. Our Pre Order Items:

  1. Because these pieces are made to order,clients are asked to thoroughly consult our sizing chart before placing an order. Depending on the nature of any issues with fit, we may be able to alter your piece (must be returned within 7 days after delivery/pick up),however a no exchange/refund policy applies.
  2. Expected date for the completion of an item is 5-10 business days after a payment is made (A rush order fee will be incurred for orders that are requested during a shorter time frame).
  3. Pick up/Delivery dates must be set in advance at a mutually agreed upon time (local clients only).
  4.  (Please note that a delivery fee may incur depending on the client’s location.)
